Former client and coworker testimonials.

I had the pleasure of working along side Megan for nine months in a professional training setting. Megan had extensive conversations with her clients discussing their goals for each dog that came in for a training program. She would then step outside of the status quo, and personalize the program for each dog’s needs and the owners goals. Megan took her time, ensuring each dog understood every detail before moving onto the next step, where in my professional opinion, would end up mastering each task. She cares deeply for every dog that is under her care keeping up with physical evaluations and feeding requirements, ensuring they were taking in enough calories to maintain their best physical fitness, and spending some time letting them relax and gain trust with one another.

One thing that I loved about watching Megan train, is the way she updated each client. She would make videos of a training session and walk through exactly what she was doing, why she was doing it, and discuss any corrections that were made. Her clients loved seeing these! I couldn’t recommend a more caring, talented, patient person to train your dog. From basic obedience, service work, or hunt tests, she will give you the best version of what you’re looking for.

Megan has taught me so much. Watching her work with my Border Collie, Peaches, whom I rescued from a junkyard, was incredibly helpful. She had a light yet convincing way of working with Peaches.

I’ve had Peaches for six years now, and looking back at the videos of Megan working with Peaches when I first rescued her is so fun; it reminds me of how far Peaches has come.

Her recall has been foolproof and life-saving for my dog. Being able to have an obedient dog has opened up so many more experiences for Peaches and me.

Megan worked wonders with our very high energy golden retriever, Teddy. He was about 7 months old and really a handful. In two weeks working with Megan, Teddy was collar trained, leash trained, and able to place on command.

We were previously unable to run him in our neighborhood without fear of him running into the street or after another dog. In our neighborhood we are unable to have a fence which is also challenging. He was also very anxious and would have pee accidents where he would sprinkle on the carpet when he got even the slightest bit surprised or scared.

Now Teddy can play outside in our yard and is able to fight the impulse to run outside of our property lines. This is without use of any sort of electric fence. He is very obedient and responsive when called. He truly was a different dog in a very short period of time. We are so thankful to Megan for helping make Teddy a much more confident and calm member of our family. Also the sprinkle pees are no longer an issue!
